AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY DIAMOND TWIN CLUSTER JABOT PIN

The centre of each cluster millegrain set with a cushion-cut diamond within a two-tiered border of twenty-five further graduated diamonds, in a scalloped rectangular design, with one further diamond to the side, the reverse with an applied pin fitting (altered), overall length 5.5cm long x 2cm wide, gross weight 11.5g

Condition report: Evidence of lead solder repairs to the pin fitting, otherwise good condition, stones with a few minor chips under magnification, one of the central diamonds displays a mild yellow tint in comparison to the other central diamond and has a chip to the girdle near to the setting.

Total carat weight approx. 12.40cts

Each centre stone weighing approx. 2.00cts based on measurements of 7x7x5mm.

Bequeathed by a close Italian friend to Rachel Severne (nee Fitzgerald) a famous model known as The Swan.
