A 19TH CENTURY FRENCH ROSEWOOD FRAMED RECLINING OPEN ARM EASY CHAIR

Condition report: 

Inevitable scuffs, scratches, dents, small chips and marks commensurate with wear, use and age, notably extra wear to the seat rail edge where the mechanism slides. 

The back falls back with force, but there is not an obvious means to keep the reclined position unless force is maintained. 

Recovered Leather is in good order with the usual scuffs and scratches, dirt and dust and some marks commensurate with use.

When the back is upright there is a small gap visible - see images.
