Adapted from an oil lamp, with serpent wrapped baluster shaft mounted on stepped plinth raised on scroll mounted paw feet, 61cm high 

Condition report: 

Overall decorative. 

Tarnishing and dust to metal work, wear and rubbing. 

A small gap/hole to the metal mount beside the acanthus motif to one corner. 

Later adapted for electricity and wiring fitted and drilled through. Wiring will need to be reorganised and PAT tested. 

The mount and collar to the top are later.
