A HEPPLEWHITE REVIVAL MAHOGANY FRAMED SQUARE BACK SOFA

Condition report: 

A good, sturdy frame in overall good functional condition. 

Originally caned, with evidence to caning to the seat rails. 

Some areas of old worm evident to the seat rails, as to be expected. Some veneer cracks as to be expected with some reglued down and a few patch repairs to the back seat rail at the reverse. The arms have also been resecured with plug marks badly concealed but these would be easily disguised. Old screw holes and screw heads visible along the back rails of the seat back. 

The back left leg with a spliced repair or path to the side of the leg. 

Otherwise, light scuffs, scratches, some dents and minor veneer cracks commensurate with use and age.
