Hallmark clear, the mount is significantly rubbed with loss of definition to the texturing of the decoration, the top cartouche is dented, there are otherwise several less significant dents, the velvet at the back is probably replaced in the distant past, the mount has probably been unpinned and reassembled at the same time that the velvet was replaced
