Condition Report

Hallmark date letter a little rubbed, but still legible, mount is coming adrift from its backing to the lower left bottom corner, overall a bit tired, definition to decoration rather rubbed, evidence of perforation to high points with old lead solder spot restoration applied from the back with the mount removed from its backing, shallow dent to lower right, the mount has probably been off and reassembled in the past. The velvet is a bit rubbed at the back with some silver cleaning deposit to the sides, but is likely to be original, hinge strut is a little wobbly
