The back plate to the central section of the buckle is separating from the enamelled front panel, particularly on three of the four edges, the two sections are joined at the back by four visible pins, one of these pins is probably a replacement, the enamel is cracked at the top right hand corner of the heart motif, otherwise minor surface wear to the enamel
