Formed as a series of cast shaped rectangular links with floral decoration, connected by two rows of oval links chains, on a two piece buckle, London 1905, no apparent maker's marks, but bearing registration detailed Rd No 382556, length 71.5cm, weight 168 grams

The date letter to the hallmark of the principal section of the buckle is not legible, registered number at the back of both parts of the buckle looks to be cast, rather than struck, all the other links are part marked, mostly having date letter K and passant lion
