The left hand side, one or two surface marks are tiny chips to the enamel which do not reach down to the metal.
The right hand side; there is a chip to the enamel and a few scratches to the silver at the top of this point. The connecting bar is slightly distorted, the hallmark is clear. It would benefit from cleaning
