CONDITION REPORT
Bezel setting does not appear to be tight around the gemstone, but stone is not loose, it would appear that the cabochon garnet is a replacement as it is so ill fitting, ring is marked 18 CT, otherwise in good condiiton with some surface scratches
The interior of the lower part of the box is a modern replacement
