Front pane of glass broken and will need replacing, missing front right wooden upright support for case, joints loose and will need reattaching. 

Provenance: made for the owners of Blairquhan Castle, designed by William Burn, the building was completed in 1824 by the Hunter Blair family. All furniture including this item was supplied at that time. It remained there until the Christie's sale on May 24th 2007, at Christie's King Street, W1, Lot 37.
