The turquoise cabochon is discoloured to green; pearls appear in good condition; two tiny chips to enamel (top left); small dent to the gold backing; bottom of the principle enamel drop is irregular but appears to be as made; possible chip to right had side of leaf motif most noticeable when one runs ones finger nail over it; case cover has broken off and the hinge is locked; gold has not been tested however we are of the opinion that it is gold.
