A Victorian gold and diamond set hinged locket pendant of oval design, mounted with a star set with graduated mine cut diamonds with photograph compartment and a locket of hair with gilt metal initials, engraved with a monogram to the reverse, 20.5gms, detailed 18.

Length of oval not including suspension loop 4cm. Monogram on the back, the hinge pin is slightly sticking out at one end, interior good, not sure if starburst belongs to the locket originally.  Diamonds; one has been replaced (bottom right quadrant), some variation of colour and cut to diamonds. JM mark on suspension loop. In generally good condition.
