A Victorian silver mounted travelling toilet set, the brass mounted coromandel wood rectangular hinge lidded box, opening to reveal eleven silver lidded glass toilet bottles and jars, London 1851, with further accessories, including a silver double ended medicine spoon, London 1852, five mother-of-pearl handled items, a slide action pencil, three pairs of steel scissors and a lotion bottle corkscrew (two items replaced and one item missing), with an outer leather case.
Condition report: Covers to jars have added central discs which are engraved with a monogram and coronets above; some chips to the corners of the second largest rectangular box; a chip to the corner of the smallest rectangular box; velvet interior pile largely rubbed away; nail file has damage to blade; scuffs to leather by lift out loop handles; lower drawer locked shut, lacking key unable to open.
