A matched pair of Meissen figures of a gallant and companion, late 19th century, both modelled standing, he looking through a spyglass and holding a walking stick, she holding a flower posy and a muff, blue crossed swords marks, incised D.65 and D.66, (a.f), each approx. 8.25cm. high, (2).
Male- restoration to left arm and hand. Restoration to his cane, his coat, to the gilt belt and handle of weapon on his left side.Small chips along bottom edge of coat.
Female- extensively restored, including her head, both hands, flowers in right hand, her turquoise cape , the left side of muff.
