A Meissen outside decorated figure of a young man playing the violin, 19th century, modelled standing against a tree stump, blue cancelled crossed swords mark, impressed 69, indistinct incised number, 13.5cm. high.
Some restoration to brim of hat, to neck of violin and to the violin bow. Small restoration to bottom corner of jacket.Firing crack across underside of base.
